This dish came in at 348 calories. The ingredient list was super simple - and used cauliflower for the mashed "potato" effect without the heaviness of potatoes! The saturated fat was a little high at 51% of daily value, but I guess that's what comes with ground beef! This dish is also Whole30 approved, so if you are in need of easy Whole30 meals to keep on hand, this would be a good one!
