I loved this! Ate every. single. bite. The chicken was well seasoned and the corn and black bean salsa was a great complement. It was a pretty good sized portion, although, like I said, I didn't have any trouble at all finishing the whole thing. This was a winner!
This dish came in at only 374 calories. The ingredients were pretty much just chicken, black beans and corn plus all of the seasoning and a few extras such as red bell pepper and red onion. Super clean ingredient list - keeps it simple while also offering a variety of some protein, some beans, some veggies. Again, with this dish the cholesterol freaks me out a little at 49% of daily value - seems to maybe be a consistent issue with the chicken thigh dishes?? It was also a little high in sodium for my liking at 37% of daily value. But overall, I think the good outweighs the bad on these minor issues.
My subscription is for 10 meals a week for $130, but I had a $20 off reward that made my shipment $110 - so $11/meal.
Will I Re-Order?
