Not to my liking. I'm not sure if it was the mushrooms (which I happen to not be a fan of in general) or the ginger, but I was not a fan of this dish. I liked the portion of veggies and meat, but there was something about it that I just did not like. The flavor was just too strong. I think I may have liked it if the meat portion was smaller and then supplemented with a side of rice to mute the flavor a little. But overall, the flavor was just too overbearing for me.
This dish came in at about 456 calories. The total fat (39% daily value) and saturated fat (52% daily value) were pretty high, I'm guessing due to the ground beef used. But sugar was really low, probably just due to the carrots (3.6 g) and protein was high (54% daily value). Overall, a very clean ingredient list, which I always love to see!

Probably not. Unless I intended on cooking my own side of rice and then splitting the dish between myself and my husband then maybe? But honestly, I'm thinking no.
