The shrimp was super spicy, but well balanced by the cauliflower rice, which made for an excellent pairing. Make sure you have a drink with this, because you are going to need it.
This dish came in at only 179 calories!! I'm not sure I've ever seen a dish this low in calories from The Good Kitchen before. So that is nice! Plus it felt like a pretty good amount of food. I couldn't even finish all of the cauliflower rice just because I was pretty bored of it once I had finished all of the shrimp. This dish keeps things pretty simple with mainly just shrimp, pineapple and cauliflower plus all the spices to give this it's FIRE flavoring!
