It was mostly chicken breast, cauliflower and kale seasoned with a red pepper pesto and lots of herbs. It says it has pecans in it, although I don't really remember that part about it. It had only 3 grams of saturated fat and 21 grams of fat total (27%). It was a little high in sodium at 39%, but low in carbs (11 grams), sugar (3 grams), and high in protein (34 grams). Overall, a very well rounded dish! CostMy subscription is for 10 meals a week for $130, but I had a $20 off reward that made my shipment $110 - so $11/meal. Will I Re-Order?YES! I loved this. It felt like the perfect mix of protein with a heavy side of veggies, which is exactly what I'm looking for! Rating
