Delicious!! It definitely had a curry vibe to it and it was SO tasty! This felt indulgent but healthy at the same time. Absolutely a winner!!
This dish came in at only 378 calories! It was very filling and clever with the ingredients used - such as Almond Butter in the curry sauce and Cauliflower instead of rice. I was happy to see a whopping 37 grams of protein and only 7 grams of sugar! And, of course, The Good Kitchen doesn't disappoint in keeping the ingredient list as clean as can be!

Absolutely!! This was a welcome change of pace that will add a lot of variety to your weekly meal plan. Make sure you are a fan of curry before ordering though!
