I mixed this smoothie base with water this time. It yields a pretty mild berry flavor with a hint of the cauliflower. It is very easy to drink and thirst quenching! It is not overly sweet, which I prefer, and I can see where it could have a lot of potential to make great smoothie bowls!
This smoothie came in at 180 calories for the whole thing when mixed with water. It has mostly organic ingredients including strawberries, blueberries, cauliflower, sweet potato puree, banana puree, raw hemp seeds, lemon juice and beet juice.
These smoothies go for 20 packs for $99 - so about $5/smoothie. They often run promotions that give you essentially 5 extra smoothies for free, which would make it about $4/smoothie.
Will I Re-Order?
Yes! I want to start experimenting with smoothie bowls for breakfast - basically one of these smoothies topped with more fresh fruit. Stay tuned to see how those experiments go!
