Decent. Not horrible, but not great either. The noodles were a bit soggy and the dish was a small portion, despite being over 500 calories. I guess that is what you get when you have pasta. This felt a little like eating a frozen meal from the grocery store. Unfulfilling and mediocre flavor.
This dish came in at 530 calories. Considering the portion and how it leaves you wanting more, I would say this is high! And once again, Freshly kind of disappoints me with their ingredient list. Look how long it is!!! For me, I don't ever want to see things such as Natamycin, Xantham Gum, or Powdered Cellulose. Too bad I was just getting used to the ultra-clean lists from The Good Kitchen!
With a $20 promo code, this dish ended up only costing $6.50.
Will I Re-order?
No. I can fire up my own plain pasta dish at home almost just as easily, with better flavor, and leave the weird ingredients out.
