OK. Fish was spiced well, but the actual fish was kind of weird. I might have over cooked it in the microwave because I like to make sure my dish gets hot?? But....it wasn't ideal. The flavors were great! The lemon squeezed on top of everything really made the dish complete and the rice and green beans were tasty! It was filling and a good portion, but the texture of the fish I couldn't really get past.
This dish came in at 327 calories. The ingredient list is very simple, which as you may know by now, I LOVE to see.
I chose the 10 meal/week plan at $132 and with a $25 off my first order, this came to $107 total or only $10.70 per meal.
Will I Re-Order?
Probably not. Too many other dishes to try. I really only want to be re-ordering 4 or 5 fork rated dishes, and the Lemon Pepper Cod in this just didn't live up.
