SUPER cheesy. I love cheese and this was WAY too much. I understand Keto diets allow for cheese, but this just doesn't seem healthy to me. And it didn't even taste very good. The zucchini was also pretty overpowering. I think a ribbon cut zucchini might have done better in this dish but these slices were too thick. I was really looking forward to this! But, it was all around, pretty disappointing.
This dish supposedly came in at only 404 calories, which I just do not see how that is possible. This was the XL Keto Lasagna Add-On, which I thought was portioned for more than one person (I thought it was either a 2 or 4 person serving), but this label says the package is one serving. This is really making me question the ingredients label on all of Fresh Meal Plan's packaging. It is labeled in a way that makes it appear to be super clean, but I'm not sure that they are in fact disclosing all of their ingredients. For example, this has "marinara" as an ingredient. This is pretty ambiguous and misleading. What is marinara??? Marinara is not a single ingredient and can be made a number of different ways with varying other ingredients. Not sure what to think about this, but it is concerning!
This was an "add-on" item that was supposed to have either 2 or 4 servings (I can't remember which it was) and it was $18.
