FlavorGREAT flavor, but sub-par ingredients. I found the Salmon to be WAYYY too dry - which may have been partly my fault due to overheating in the microwave and cooking on a plate rather than steaming in the plastic container. And the green beans were very tough and hard to eat. Again, not sure if this was my fault or not, but next time I would try just heating in the container. The actual lemon dill sauce and the cauliflower rice were fantastic though!! IngredientsThis dish came in at only 273 calories! It was a great meal combination - the salmon with greens beans and cauliflower rice - and had the texture been a little better for the salmon and green beans, this dish would have been excellent! I am eager to try again though and just alter my heating method to see if it makes a difference! CostI chose the 10 meal/week plan at $132 and with a $25 off my first order, this came to $107 total or only $10.70 per meal. Will I Re-order?YES! But only once to try again to see if altering my heating method changes the results of the dish! Rating
